Mom has quit the business to focus on her life's true calling.
Sis has found the man who can put up with her short temper and domineering sides, and my beautiful niece has joined the family. She has brought so much joy I could never imagine.
I've worked for 4.5 yrs now, in the same place over different roles. Met some great leaders and learnt from some of the best. Met great friends and fantastic teammates. Made some peers who will support regardless and met some inspirational mentors. Met and managed some owners and senior leaders, managing my team with 100% engagement and bringing different teams to greater success in this place. New challenge awaits. Or another too, awaits.
She has left. Over 2 yrs now. After almost 6. Still occupies this lingering space, as much as I know it doesn't exist anymore. It was beautiful, those 6 years where we transited from school to work and new environments and expectations. As soon as it started, it ended in almost the same fashion. Let go. Let go. I shall and will, let go. Everything happens for a reason. It always does. It did, and it shall again. We're all but waiting for someone this lifetime.
We have travelled together finally! Aussie and Korea. More places to come please.

6years later, will I be writing here again, in what capacity and in what mindset. 6 years later, would I have achieved my career goal? Or would life has brought us to a different playground altogether to realise my true calling.
Netball remains my passion. I've trained with some like-minded peers from SC. Awesome people.
Jogging has become my daily must-do, for health and beauty reasons.
Gram's is no longer a daily thing. More a quarterly thing. This has not been healthy at all. It's time to change.
I've revisited Crescent as guest of honour, as sharers in Career Days, it has been a huge honour inspiring these ladies and leaders of tomorrow. This has been such a special place for me, for many reasons more than one.
