I had a really good KickOff session today with the DH & Exco team. Some excellent food for thoughts, and how to execute them on a property level. It has been such a joy working with them and learning from some of the best. I've been blessed, but knowledge has also come at a cost. 
But I rather eventually pursue a career in this than one of only money and sales. People development and growth is my purpose and meaning in my career.
